Jaime Cuadra Jr.
Founder, Managing Partner
Jaime has more than 15 years of experience in global asset management, commercial banking, and strategy. Previously he was Global Director of Institutional clients at Compass Group in New York, an investment firm with over $41 Bn in assets under management, advisory and distribution where he lead the firm’s unit that raised capital and advised global investors with Latin-American investments. Jaime is partner at Better Way LLC, an investment advisory firm focused on private equity investments. Throughout his career he’s held multiple leadership positions and enabled businesses in America, Europe and Asia.

Jaime is an Industrial and Systems Engineer from Florida International University, has a Bachelors in Finance from Nova Southeastern University; and held studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Jaime sits as co-Chair of the acquisitions committee of the YCC at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York.

Hobbies: Contemporary Art, marathon running
Felix has more than 16 years of experience in the global investment management and family office industries. He was the Founder of a strategic family office consulting firm, Staunton Advisors in Hong Kong, where he led due diligence activities on new venture investments for clients in the fintech and technology sector. He also was the founding member of the WE Family Office’s New York’s office, a $10 Bln international multi-family office, where he advised clients on portfolio construction, manager due diligence and co-investment opportunities across all asset classes. Prior to working at WE Family Offices, he held various investment roles at GenSpring Family Offices, a $20 Bln multi-family office, and JP Morgan Chase.
Felix holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a MS in Finance, and a BBA in International Business from Florida International University. He has also completed coursework in Private Equity, M&A and Venture Capital from Eramus School of Business and Universita Bocconi.
Hobbies: Long distance triathlons, marathon running, skiing, travelling and tennis.

Felipe Van Bebber

Felipe has more than 15 years of experience working in marketing and business development areas in the financial, technology, consulting sector. He previously was Business Development Manager for Cloud Solutions of Grupo Nectia, in which he was in charge of business development for solutions such as Salesforce and Monday.com in Chile and other Latin American countries. He previously worked in the marketing area of Compass Group. He has also launched several ventures in the field of e-commerce, services and tourism.
Felipe has a degree in Administration and Marketing from the Universidad del Pacífico and an MBA from the IEDE Business School in Madrid. He also has graduate degrees in Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and held studies of Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School.
Hobbies: Running, cycling, taekwondo and technology
Francisco has over 15 years experience in executive management, corporate finance, supply chain, and business development, recently focusing on cross border acquisitions, and international transactions with world class corporations in the industrial and construction sector. Francisco currently holds a position as Corporate Manager and a board director at one of the largest construction and mining conglomerates with operations in USA, Central and South America.
Francisco is a Civil Engineer and holds a Master in Business Administration from INCAE Business School, and held studies in MIT's Zaragoza Logistics Institute in Spain, Georgia Tech in the US and Shanghai University in China.

Francisco was Founder and Director of Generation Atlas, a non-profit organization that promotes the development of Nicaragua through empowerment of young leaders based on the principles of individual liberties and democracy.

Josefina Correa Irarrazavala

Josefina has vast experience leading projects in the mining, energy industry, and natural resources sectors, focusing on issues of corporate strategy, operational efficiency, and organizational development. Josefina has advised companies on issues related to exporting natural resources and sustainable investments. She has recently worked in the development of public policies advising the Ministry of Mining in Chile.

Josefina is an Industrial Civil Engineer with a specialty in Mining from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, graduated with two votes of distinction. She has a Master of Public Administration, Policy and Environmental Science from Columbia University.
